Objective:
The foundation aims to
- To promote the use of the sounding heritage in the municipality of Zwolle in a broad social and cultural context.
- To promote awareness of the work of Zwolle organ builder Franz Casper Schnitger (1693-1729) and his significance for Dutch organ building.
Policy plan:
The foundation is preparing a festival to take place at the inauguration of the Schnitger organ after its proposed restoration.
Remuneration policy:
The directors can only claim expenses actually incurred. In accordance with Article 4, paragraph 7 of the Articles of Association, they receive no remuneration.
Activities Exercised
The program manager of the Academiehuis establishes contacts with cultural partners at home and abroad.
